To our clients: your appointments are very important to us.
Our appointments are booked in 30-40min intervals and do allow for much wiggle room, especially on our busy days. All of our policies are designed to benefit our clients and ensure we are in the position to provide the best quality service.
We require a 24hr notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment with us. If you do have to cancel within 24hrs of your appointment time, you will be responsible for a 50% cancelation fee.
If you are going to be more than 10min late to your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment so that we can offer timely and quality service to each client. If we do have to reschedule or cancel your apppointment due to late arrival, there will be a 50% cancelation fee applied.
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for 100% of your service charge.
These policies are standard across the board for every client.
